Senior Software Engineer

Squad Health is hiring a Senior Software Engineer (3-8 years) to join a small, high-performing team. You will be a product-minded builder who owns projects end to end, from spotting the problem to shipping and monitoring outcomes, and help define product direction and engineering culture with the founders. What You Will Do

• Build and ship provider-facing features across the stack (Python, React, Postgres).
• Build AI-powered automation for prior authorizations, benefits verification and pharmacy integrations.
• Build internal AI tooling and infrastructure, including local model hosting and PHI-compliant data pipelines.
• Own projects from problem identification to shipped outcome.
