Employment Data Coordinator

This Employment Data Coordinator position will report to the Director for Career and Professional Development, supporting Career & Professional Development’s mission to build a career ecosystem across campus. The Employment Data Coordinator leads the annual First Destination Survey process, working closely with Schools, Colleges, and CPD’s Career Development and Employer Relations teams to strengthen students’ understanding of career outcomes reporting and connect that data to CPD’s broader career readiness work. The coordinator cultivates relationships with staff, faculty, and administrators to drive survey completion, and shares survey data with ITS Data Management to support institutional reporting. Beyond survey season, the coordinator contributes to CPD’s programming and student engagement efforts, serving as an active partner across the office’s functional areas rather than a standalone data function.

• BACHELOR’S DEGREE AND ONE YEAR OF EXPERIENCE RELATED TO THE AREA OF ASSIGNMENT; OR EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE. * ALL DEGREES MUST BE RECEIVED FROM APPROPRIATELY ACCREDITED INSTITUTIONS.

Additional Required Certifications, Licensures, and Certificates Preferred Qualifications

• Two to three (2-3) years of experience in a marketing/public relations/communications, technology, career services, or higher education environment.
• Public speaking ability and experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Access, Photoshop and/or Illustrator
• Data Visualization
• Photography experience
