Database Manager

A college-preparatory school in Baltimore is seeking a Database Manager to join their team. The Database Manager serves as the primary administrator of the school’s development database (Raiser’s Edge), maintaining the integrity, accuracy, security, and usability of constituent and gift data. The position supports all areas of the Advancement Office, including Annual Giving, Major Giving, Planned Giving, Alumnae Relations, Parent Relations, and donor stewardship.

Requirements * Experience with data entry and database administration in a detail-focused setting.

• Hands-on knowledge of Raiser’s Edge and Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT.

• Familiarity with fundraising databases and best practices for managing donor and constituent information.

• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy while handling large volumes of data.

• Understanding of donor retention concepts and the importance of clean data in relationship management.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
