MIDAS Care Management Application Support Analyst (L2)

Seeking an experienced MIDAS Care Management Application Support Analyst (L2) to provide production support, administration, configuration, and optimization of the MIDAS Care Management and Health Analytics platform . The role supports Case Management, Utilization Management, Quality Management, Risk Management, and Regulatory Compliance workflows across healthcare organizations., MIDAS Application Support

• Provide L2 support for MIDAS Care Management modules.
• Troubleshoot application issues, workflow failures, and user-reported incidents.
• Perform system configuration, testing, upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.

Care Management & Utilization Review

• Support Case Management, Care Coordination, and Utilization Management workflows.
• Monitor and support:
• Length of Stay (LOS)
• Discharge Planning
• Care Coordination
• Authorization Management
• Medical Necessity Reviews
• Assist in denial prevention and documentation improvement initiatives.

Quality & Risk Management

• Support quality improvement, patient safety, and risk management programs.
• Monitor quality indicators, incident reports, and patient safety events.
• Support peer review, performance improvement, and corrective action workflows.
• Assist with regulatory reporting and accreditation readiness activities.

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop and support reports and dashboards for:
• Utilization Management
• Case Management
• Patient Safety
• Quality Measures
• Regulatory Compliance Metrics
• Perform data extraction, validation, and operational reporting.

Documentation & Training

• Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, and knowledge articles.
• Provide end-user support and training for MIDAS workflows and enhancements.

Technical Skills- 5+ years of experience in the below skills

Experience supporting MIDAS Care Management applications.

• Strong troubleshooting, configuration, and workflow optimization skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare analytics and reporting.
• Experience with EMR integrations and healthcare interoperability (HL7 preferred).
• Ability to support application upgrades, patches, and testing activities., * Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, IT, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• L2 Support: 5+ years of experience supporting MIDAS or Care Management applications.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $68,076 - 118,188. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
