IT Infrastructure Engineer (1st Line Support)

• Provide first-line IT support to end users onsite and remotely
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user access issues
• Set up and issue laptops, mobile phones, and other IT equipment
• Support user onboarding, offboarding, and account administration
• Manage IT asset inventory, repairs, and equipment logistics
• Assist with IT projects, office moves, and technology rollouts

• Office 365, Were looking for a motivated, tech-savvy person to join our Group IT team as an IT Infrastructure Engineer (First-Line Support). This is an entry-level opportunity suited to someone starting or developing a career in IT Support, Helpdesk, Service Desk, or Infrastructure Support. Youll gain hands-on experience supporting users across our growing business and develop skills in Microsoft technologies, hardware support, user administration, cloud services, and IT operations. The role is a six-month fixed-term contract with potential to extend, based onsite in Retford, with pay up to £26,000 per year.
