Technical Support Specialist

• Offer direct troubleshooting and assistance for gaming cabinets, computers, and related hardware.
• Identify and fix hardware, software, power, connectivity, and configuration problems.
• Install, configure, repair, and validate technical equipment in various customer environments.
• Apply remote-support tools to assist in resolving technical issues.
• Interpret technical documentation and collect diagnostic evidence for accurate service activity documentation.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by maintaining composure during high-impact situations.
• Prioritize field requests and bring up complex issues appropriately.
• Travel to customer sites for hands-on support and participate in after-hours or on-call coverage as needed.

• 4+ years of relevant experience in supporting gaming equipment, electromechanical products, or complex technology.
• Strong competence with gaming cabinets, electronic components, and related hardware.
• Demonstrated skill in methodically identifying and fixing technical problems.
• Experience with computer operating systems, networking fundamentals, and remote-support tools.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to travel and provide on-site support.
• Familiarity with regulated gaming environments and gaming cabinet architecture is a plus.
• Experience with AI-enabled applications, data analysis tools, and case-management platforms is beneficial.
• Technical certifications or related education in IT, electronics, or engineering technology is preferred.
