How You Will Make An Impact:

Design and build scalable data pipelines using Azure technologies to support enterprise data initiatives
Develop and optimize data solutions leveraging Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Databricks
Implement and maintain data lake architectures for structured and unstructured data
Ensure data security, governance, and compliance across all data platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data analysts, architects, and business stakeholders
Drive performance tuning and optimization of data workflows and processing

Requirements

10+ years of experience in data engineering or related field
Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Databricks
Proven expertise building and maintaining large-scale data pipelines and data lakes
Solid understanding of data security, governance, and compliance in enterprise environments
Experience working in cloud-based architectures, preferably within financial services or regulated industries
Strong SQL and data modeling skills
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Scala
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Azure certifications are highly preferred
