Job description

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Spain is seeking an Automation Engineer & IT Tools Management Optimization Specialist (L3 Support) to join our dynamic team in a hybrid Madrid workplace. You will design, develop and maintain automation solutions for IT operations, optimize tools and ITSM workflows, and deliver dashboards and KPI metrics for service reviews.The ideal candidate has 5+ years of automation experience, strong scripting (PowerShell, Python, Ansible) and hands-on ServiceNow ITSM/CMDB#J-*****-Ljbffr
