Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Spain is seeking an Automation Engineer & IT Tools Management Optimization Specialist (L3 Support) to join our dynamic team in a hybrid Madrid workplace.You will design, develop and maintain automation solutions for IT operations, optimize tools and ITSM workflows, and deliver dashboards and KPI metrics for service reviews.The ideal candidate has 5+ years of automation experience, strong scripting (PowerShell, Python, Ansible) and hands-on ServiceNow ITSM/CMDB#J-*****-Ljbffr
