Be part of our talent pool and grow with H2O.The BenefitsYearly bonus program;Twelve (12) paid wellness days per year.The Day-to-DayAct as the functional lead for ERP systems, with a strong focus on IFS;Translate business requirements into system configurations and enhancements;Support daily ERP operations, troubleshooting issues and conducting root-cause analysis;Configure workflows, roles, and ERP functionalities;Participate in system upgrades, patches, and continuous improvement initiatives;Support testing activities including unit testing, integration, and UAT;Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and process documentation;Train and support end users to ensure strong system adoption;Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, etc.);Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to business processes and system usage.The Skills We Are Looking For3 years or more of experience as an ERP / Functional / Application Analyst;Strong experience with enterprise ERP systems such as IFS, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics;Experience with IFS (strong asset);Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes;Experience with ERP configuration and user support;Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills;Ability to translate business needs into system solutions;Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;Bilingual in English and Spanish.#J-*****-Ljbffr
