Job description

We are seeking an experienced App Dev - Java Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of next-generation AI-powered applications. This role combines strong Java and Python development expertise with emerging Generative AI technologies, including AI agents, workflow orchestration, prompt engineering, and modern CI/CD practices.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable enterprise applications while leveraging GenAI frameworks and tools to deliver innovative solutions., * Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications using Java and Python.

Build and support AI-powered solutions utilizing Generative AI tools and frameworks.
Develop and optimize LangGraph workflows for AI agent orchestration and multi-step reasoning processes.
Design and implement integrations using Model Context Protocol (MCP) to connect AI applications with enterprise systems and tools.
Create, test, and refine prompts to improve AI application performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture, technical requirements, and implementation strategies.
Establish and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment processes.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with best development practices.

Requirements

Strong experience with Java development.
Strong experience with Python development.
Hands-on experience with LangGraph.
Experience implementing or supporting MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations.
Experience utilizing Generative AI tools and AI application development.
Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering concepts and best practices.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
Ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams., * Experience building AI agents, RAG solutions, or LLM-powered applications.
Familiarity with cloud-based application development.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
