Workday Functional Architect - Menlo Park, CA - Onsite

Seeking a Workday HCM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll, including configuration, business processes, security, reporting, EIBs, data migration, and tenant management. Must have advanced experience with Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, Termination, notifications/alerts, Workday reporting, calculated fields, and Workday security. Must-Have Skills: Workday Core HCM; Time & Absence (complex accruals, carryovers, leaves, eligibility/validation, time tracking & schedules); Workday Payroll (earnings, deductions, payment rules, payroll processing, external inputs); Advanced/Matrix/Composite Reports; EIBs; Workday Security; Business Processes; Calculated Fields; Workday Drive/Docs; Payroll/Absence integrations and APIs; Workday Releases.
