Eigenhändiges Analysieren von Störungen in der IT-Landschaft von Kunden
Unterstützen im IT-Support und Beantworten von Fachfragen
Aktiver Austausch zwischen Support und Technik
Saubere Dokumentation und klare Kommunikation mit Kund:innen
Austausch von Hardware

Requirements

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z.B als Fachinformatiker:in oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung

Detaillierte Kenntnisse in aktuellen Windows-Betriebssystemen
Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld
gute Organisationsfähigkeit
Führerschein B notwendig!
Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis benötigt
