Job description

Schnellstmögliche Wiederherstellung von Soft- & Hardwarestörungen innerhalb der Produktion

  • Ãœbernahme des Applikationssupports für die eingesetzte Software in der Produktion
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Dokumentationen (Benutzer-, System- und Betriebsdokumentation)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Remote Operation Center
  • Dokumentation im Kunden-Ticketsystem

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder vergleichbar

  • Fachwissen in aktuellen Windows-Betriebssystemen
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Applikationssupport sowie in der Fehleranalyse und Fehlerkorrektur
  • Know-how im Bereich Endgeräte (PC-Hardware, Laptops, Netzwerkkomponenten)

Benefits & conditions

Gehalt: 3.200€ - 3.500,00€ pro Monat, je nach Erfahrung

Arbeitszeiten:

  • 8-Stunden-Schicht
  • Montag bis Freitag
