Job description

  • Schnellstmögliche Wiederherstellung von Soft- & Hardwarestörungen innerhalb der Produktion
  • Applikationssupport für die eingesetzten Software in der Produktion
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Dokumentationen (Benutzer-, System- und Betriebsdokumentation)
  • Fallweise: Hands-On in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Remote Operation Center
  • Dokumentation im Kunden-Ticketsystem (HPSC)

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Detaillierte Kenntnisse in aktuellen Windows Betriebssystemen
  • Kenntnisse in Bereich Applikationssupport, im Bereich Endgeräte (PC-Hardware / Laptops, Netzwerkkomponenten, etc.) sowie im Bereich Fehleranalyse und Fehlerkorrekturen
  • Bereitschaft zur gelegentlichen Samstagsarbeit (zwischen 06:00 und 14:00 Uhr)
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
