Job description

  • Behebung von Soft- und HardwarestĂśrungen
  • Dokumentation, Bearbeitungn und LĂśsung von Tickets
  • Erstellung von System-/Betriebs- und Benutzerdokumentationen
  • Softwaresupport fĂźr Anwender
  • Zusammenarbeit mit nachgelagerten Supporteinheiten

Requirements

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker fĂźr Systemintegration o.ä. Qualifikation
  • Kenntnisse in der Benutzung von aktuellen Windows Betriebssystemen
  • Berufserrfahrung im Umgang mit IT-Hardware und Netzwerkkomponenten
  • Geschicklichkeit im Bereich Support/UnterstĂźtzung
