  • Behebung von Soft- und Hardwarestörungen
  • Dokumentation, Bearbeitungn und Lösung von Tickets
  • Erstellung von System-/Betriebs- und Benutzerdokumentationen
  • Softwaresupport für Anwender
  • Zusammenarbeit mit nachgelagerten Supporteinheiten

Requirements

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration o.ä. Qualifikation
  • Kenntnisse in der Benutzung von aktuellen Windows Betriebssystemen
  • Berufserrfahrung im Umgang mit IT-Hardware und Netzwerkkomponenten
  • Geschicklichkeit im Bereich Support/Unterstützung
