Job description

We are seeking experienced Amazon Connect Developers with strong hands-on expertise in Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and AWS Lambda to design and develop enterprise cloud contact-center solutions., This is a development and implementation-focused position, not an Amazon Connect administration role. Candidates should have hands-on experience building IVR/contact flows, conversational experiences, routing solutions, Lambda integrations, and serverless AWS components supporting enterprise contact-center environments., * Design and develop contact-center solutions using Amazon Connect.

  • Build and customize IVR and Amazon Connect contact flows.
  • Develop conversational and self-service experiences using Amazon Lex.
  • Develop AWS Lambda functions to support contact-center workflows and integrations.
  • Configure and develop routing logic, queues, routing profiles, and customer interaction flows.
  • Integrate Amazon Connect with enterprise applications and backend services.
  • Develop REST API and serverless integrations using AWS services.
  • Translate business and contact-center requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Build reusable components and integration patterns for Amazon Connect.
  • Perform functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues involving contact flows, Lex, Lambda, routing, APIs, and integrations.
  • Support application deployments and production implementations.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and resolve production issues.
  • Collaborate with application, cloud, infrastructure, security, and contact-center teams.

Requirements

  • Experience with large enterprise contact-center implementations or migrations.
  • Experience integrating Amazon Connect with CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of AWS API Gateway, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, S3, IAM, and other serverless services.
  • Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
  • AWS certifications.
