Data Administrator

You’ll play an important role in reviewing and reconciling customer and financial information, analysing performance and supporting the wider Finance team.

Description of the role:

• Receive and process data from a bespoke internal system, ensuring information is accurate and complete.
• Manipulate, organise and analyse data using Excel, producing clear and accurate reports.
• Review customer and financial data, identifying discrepancies.
• Match and reconcile customer data against financial information.
• Analyse performance against targets, identifying trends and variances.
• Prepare regular reports and provide meaningful analysis to support business and financial performance.
• Work closely with the wider Finance team, providing accurate data and administrative support as required.

This is role suited to someone who enjoys working with data, has strong Excel skills and takes pride in accuracy., * Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically within Excel.

• Great attention for detail, able to identify anomalies.
• Reporting and analytical skills, being able to manipulate data.
• Experience of working within an office/finance environment.
• Able to communicate across a range of levels both internally and externally.
