Job description

The role sits within a close-knit global HRIS team currently comprising a Senior HR Systems Manager and a People Systems Analyst, both based in London. The team supports a global HR function, delivering system administration, reporting, configuration, and continuous improvement across SAP SuccessFactors.

SAP SuccessFactors experience is essential for this role.

What the role involves:

  • Early and strong focus on HR reporting and analytics
  • Building and enhancing Story Reports and broader reporting outputs
  • Supporting system administration tasks across SuccessFactors
  • Assisting with Employee Central configuration and maintenance
  • Contributing to workflow improvements and system optimisation
  • Supporting wider HR systems projects and change initiatives
  • Working closely with HR stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year’s hands-on HR systems experience
  • Strong, practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors (essential)
  • Proven knowledge of Employee Central
  • Solid reporting capability, ideally including Story Reports
  • Ability to work independently on system administration tasks
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong analytical skills
