The role sits within a close-knit global HRIS team currently comprising a Senior HR Systems Manager and a People Systems Analyst, both based in London. The team supports a global HR function, delivering system administration, reporting, configuration, and continuous improvement across SAP SuccessFactors.
SAP SuccessFactors experience is essential for this role.
What the role involves:
- Early and strong focus on HR reporting and analytics
- Building and enhancing Story Reports and broader reporting outputs
- Supporting system administration tasks across SuccessFactors
- Assisting with Employee Central configuration and maintenance
- Contributing to workflow improvements and system optimisation
- Supporting wider HR systems projects and change initiatives
- Working closely with HR stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year’s hands-on HR systems experience
- Strong, practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors (essential)
- Proven knowledge of Employee Central
- Solid reporting capability, ideally including Story Reports
- Ability to work independently on system administration tasks
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong analytical skills
