Job description
We are looking for ourfirst in-house IT Specialist- a proactive, hands-on professional who will be the go-to person for all internal tech needs. In this role, you will manage day-to-day support, handle employee onboarding, oversee user access, and maintain basic physical IT systems (CCTV, access control, store connectivity) across our international locations., 1. User Onboarding & Account Management
- New Hire Onboarding & Offboarding: Set up new team members from day one - creating company emails, managing user accounts, assigning permissions, and ordering/preparing equipment (laptops, mobiles).
- Workspace Administration: Manage corporate users and licensing in Google Workspace / Microsoft 365.

Physical Infrastructure & Store Hardware * Security & Access Systems: Install, configure, and maintain security cameras (CCTV) and physical/logical access control systems. * Network & Hardware Support: Troubleshoot basic store networks (routers, Wi-Fi, switches) and hardware (printers, screens, laptops). * Store IT Setup Support: Assist with preparing and sending IT equipment when new locations open.

International User Support * Act as the first point of contact for corporate staff and store managers in Spain, Portugal, and Italy for daily technical issues. * Communicate in English with store teams in Portugal and Italy to troubleshoot operational blockers.
Requirements
- Good Working English (B2/C1): Able to hold phone/video calls and text comfortably in English with store teams in Portugal and Italy.
- Hands-on Hardware & Systems Knowledge: Experience configuring laptops, routers, CCTV cameras, access control, and basic hardware troubleshooting.
- User & Email Administration: Hands-on experience managing Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, email account creation, and user permissions.
- Service Mindset & Autonomy: Being comfortable as the main “go-to” IT contact, with a helpful, organized, and problem-solving attitude.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience or familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems in restaurant/retail environments (training on our specific system will be provided).
- Knowledge of Portuguese or Italian.
