Job description
We are looking for an SAP Consultant (HCM) to provide functional support of SAP HCM solutions.
You will be a trusted advisor for our clients for the SAP HCM system with focus on Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll, Time Management (PT), etc.

What will your day-to-day look like: You will prepare functional and technical specifications and configure SAP for HCM solutions according to customer requirements. You provide advice and hands on support consultancy through advice, guidance, and appropriate technical activities for SAP HCM system implementation projects with focus on Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, and Time Management. You understand the general flows in HR and the SAP HR architecture, and you continuously work on the optimization of human resources processes. You will manage tickets and ensure that deadlines are met. Continuous communication with project team members regarding project milestones, resolutions, risks, issues, and status.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Time management?, You are a team player with customer focus, and you search for a fully remote position?, 1-2 years professional experience in SAP consulting and SAP HCM application maintenance. Functional HCM knowledge in Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management, etc. Experience in SuccessFactors is a plus. Good understanding of HR processes and the ability to quickly understand complex issues and contexts. Ability to gather and interpret client business needs. High analytical skills and problem-solving ability, including the ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve configuration and functional business issues. Service-orientation with a strong client focus and sense of accountability. Strong people skills. Build trust and relationships with clients and the team. Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills. Very good knowledge of English (min. B2). Intermediate knowledge of German (min B1).
