IT Project Manager : Endur : Pre-Projects Definition & Mobilisation

scopes and deliverables.Establish business requirements, success measures, assumptions, risks, constraints and dependencies.Engage business and IT stakeholders to assess current-state processes, systems, data and operating models.Develop project charters, scope documents, delivery roadmaps and mobilisation plans.Produce business cases, investment requests and executive recommendations where required.Define resource requirements, delivery approaches and governance structures.Identify and manage cross-project dependencies to ensure alignment with the wider project programme roadmap.Plan, execute and control assigned projects in accordance with the company frameworkManage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues and reporting.Lead multi-disciplinary teams across business, technology and external partners.Provide regular updates and recommendations to programme leadership and governance forums.Essential Experience & Skills:Project Definition & MobilisationProven experience, defining and
