Job description
As a Technical Support Engineer, you’ll be a key member of our service delivery team, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our business customers.
You’ll work across a broad range of technologies, helping customers resolve issues, configure new services and ensure their systems perform reliably and efficiently., * Provide technical support via phone, email and remote support tools.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues across a range of technologies.
- Configure, maintain and troubleshoot cloud phone systems.
- Support business broadband, networking and connectivity solutions.
- Assist with business mobile services and device provisioning.
- Configure and support Wi-Fi and network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with colleagues and third-party suppliers to resolve technical issues.
- Document support activities accurately and maintain customer records.
- Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication at all times.
- Continuously develop your technical knowledge and skills.

Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good understanding of IT systems and networking fundamentals.
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable
- Experience in a technical support or helpdesk environment.
- Knowledge of VoIP, networking, broadband or telecommunications systems.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
- Industry certifications or relevant technical qualifications.
