Job description

Seeking an Entry-Level Data Center Technician to support basic installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of data center equipment under L2/L3 supervision., * Perform basic break-fix support for servers, switches, routers, and storage.

  • Assist with hardware installation, cabling, labeling, testing, and equipment staging.
  • Support rack/cabinet installation and deployments.
  • Document work and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements

  • Basic data center or IT hardware experience.
  • Hands-on technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
  • Basic networking/cabling knowledge preferred.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
