Position Overview As the Two Dots General Manager, you will be responsible for owning and driving the team setup, product strategy, overall execution, and business outcomes. You will be asked to balance player experience with commercial success and report on engagement, monetization, marketing, and the overall game’s P&L performance. Define a 12-month product vision that balances core game health (retention, content scalability) with step-change opportunities. Ensure UA, ASO, creatives, and in-game events work together to improve conversion, retention, and payback. Push for faster creative iteration cycles and tighter feedback loops between marketing performance and in-game behavior. High-Performance Team Setup Set a high bar for talent density, accountability, and decision-making quality-address underperformance quickly and decisively. Design lightweight but effective processes for prioritization, experimentation, and performance tracking. Standardize how decisions are made (data + judgment), how results are measured, and how learnings are shared-so the team compounds knowledge over time instead of relearning. Data-Driven Decision Maker with strong intuition, combining deep analytical rigor with product intuition to make fast, high-quality decisions under uncertainty. Operator who delivers at speed and quality, with a strong execution mindset and a history of shipping meaningful improvements consistently. Talent Builder and Performance Manager who builds high-performing, autonomous teams, sets a high bar for talent, actively develops top performers, and addresses underperformance quickly and effectively. Clear and Direct Communicator who communicates strategy, priorities, and performance with clarity and conviction, aligning diverse stakeholders in complex environments.
