ServiceNow Developer (Security Clearance Required)

• Develop and customize applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and maintain Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and ACLs.
• Create and maintain Service Catalog Items, Record Producers, Catalog Client Scripts, and Catalog UI Policies.
• Develop workflows and automation using Flow Designer / Workflow Editor.
• Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Work with IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP web services for external system integrations.
• Develop reusable server-side and client-side scripts using JavaScript.
• Configure notifications, approvals, SLAs, reports, dashboards, and scheduled jobs.
• Perform application development using ServiceNow Studio / App Engine Studio.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, performance problems, and production defects.
• Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain upgrade-safe customizations.
• Perform code reviews and ensure quality, security, and maintainability of solutions.
• Work closely with business analysts, architects, administrators, testers, and other technical teams.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, customize, and support ServiceNow applications and workflows. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, scripting, integrations, ITSM modules, and application development., * 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
