Job description
As an IT Support Engineer, you’re responsible for installing, updating, and troubleshooting Windows desktops, servers, Microsoft cloud services, peripheral equipment, printers, software, maintain security for LANs, WANs, VPNs, WLANs, internet, and intranet systems for our customers either remotely or on-site. Using your vast technical knowledge, you monitor, support, and also manage Active Directory and group policy by adding or removing users as well as managing passwords, printers, mapped drives, and security settings.
In addition, you administer and maintain backup and disaster recovery images as well as restore operating systems, folders, and files as needed. You will also manage or resolve incoming phone calls, emails, and tickets. You document known recurring issues and resolutions for the efficient handling of future incidents across teams, including automation handling when possible.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technology support role preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2012-2025, and Active Directory
- Adept at hardware and software troubleshooting
A college degree is preferred. Certification in Microsoft Cloud Services and MCP or A+ is highly desired, but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.
You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be self-motivated with a thirst for knowledge. Maintain a positive attitude toward people and problems., * IT support: 3 years (Preferred)

This technical support position earns a competitive salary, depending on skills and experience. We provide excellent benefits, including health, dental, vision, paid time off (PTO), seven paid holidays, twelve paid vacation days, a mobile phone allowance, travel reimbursement, and employer-paid training and certifications., This full-time position is Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with a one-hour lunch break. Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
