Service Reception Administrator

As Service Reception Administrator, you will be an important part of the day-to-day running of our workshop, providing a welcoming and professional service to customers while supporting the workshop team with administration.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and dealing with enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Booking vehicles into the workshop and arranging appointments
• Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
• Updating customer and vehicle records
• Preparing and processing paperwork and invoices
• Liaising with technicians and the workshop team
• Keeping customers updated regarding their vehicle repairs
• Using computer systems and workshop management software
• Carrying out general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the department

What We Offer

Starting Salary: £30,160.00 per annum
