Job description

L’entreprise opère dans le secteur du commerce de gros d’ordinateurs, équipements informatiques et logiciels. Intégré(e) dans une équipe dynamique, vous serez amené à :

Accueillir et enregistrer les incidents signalés.
Diagnostiquer les problèmes techniques rencontrés.
Traiter les tickets via ServiceNow.
Transférer les appels aux équipes compétentes.
Suivre et analyser la résolution des incidents.
Déployer et installer du matériel informatique.
Gérer le parc informatique et les assets.
Accompagner les utilisateurs sur les outils Microsoft et solutions IA.

Requirements

Vous possédez une expérience confirmée de 3 à 8 ans en support IT, maîtrisez Windows, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow et réseaux LAN/WAN.

Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux et orienté client fortement motivé., Windows Intelligence artificielle Rigueur et méthode WAN
