Mobile ICT Technician

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Mobile ICT Technician to provide technical support across multiple TEC Partnership sites. You will be responsible for resolving hardware, software, network and audio-visual issues, supporting users, maintaining ICT equipment and infrastructure, and helping to ensure a reliable and secure IT service for staff and learners.

The role requires strong technical skills, excellent customer service, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a willingness to travel between sites.

About the person

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 ICT qualification or equivalent and possess strong technical knowledge of ICT systems, cloud-based services, and network infrastructure. They will have practical experience supporting and maintaining ICT environments, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and delivering excellent customer service to end users.

We are looking for an organised, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Candidates must be flexible, enjoy working in an educational environment and be committed to safeguarding and data security, and hold a full UK driving licence to be able to travel between Partnership sites.
