Director, Business Process & Digital Transformation

Mastercard seeks a Director, Office of Transformation Process Redesign to lead large-scale process improvement and digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will analyze complex business workflows, define future-state operating models, and partner with technology teams to implement scalable, user-centric solutions. You will own transformation roadmaps, set KPIs, and drive change management across global business units. Collaborating with senior leaders, you’ll ensure alignment with strategic goals, manage cross-functional project teams, and institutionalize a culture of continuous improvement and innovation., * Lead enterprise-wide process redesign and transformation initiatives

• Analyze current business processes and define future-state operating models
• Develop and manage multi-year transformation roadmaps and priorities
• Partner with technology teams to design and implement digital solutions
• Establish KPIs and performance dashboards to measure transformation impact
• Drive organizational change management and stakeholder alignment
• Manage cross-functional project teams and external partners
• Present progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership
• Promote continuous improvement methodologies across the organization
