Director, Process Transformation & Business Process Improvement

Mastercard seeks a Director, Office of Transformation Process Redesign to lead enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative software environment. This role will define the transformation roadmap, analyze complex business workflows, and implement scalable, technology-enabled process redesigns. The Director will partner with senior leaders, product, and engineering teams to align process change with strategic goals, drive measurable efficiency and quality gains, and promote a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven insights and structured change management., * Lead enterprise-wide process transformation and redesign initiatives

• Develop and own a strategic transformation roadmap aligned to company goals
• Analyze complex end-to-end business processes and identify optimization opportunities
• Design and implement scalable, technology-enabled process improvements
• Collaborate with executives, product, and engineering to prioritize initiatives
• Define KPIs and measure impact on efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes
• Drive structured change management and stakeholder engagement
• Establish governance, standards, and best practices for process redesign
• Mentor and develop a high-performing transformation team
