Director, Process Transformation & Business Process Improvement

Mastercard seeks a Director, Office of Transformation Process Redesign to lead large-scale process improvement initiatives across our global technology organization. In this role, you will partner with senior leaders to assess current workflows, define future-state processes, and deliver measurable efficiency, quality, and customer experience gains. You will design and implement transformation roadmaps, apply Lean/Six Sigma and Agile methods, and oversee cross-functional project teams. The role includes setting KPIs, driving change management, and ensuring sustainable adoption of redesigned processes in a fast-paced, innovative environment., * Lead enterprise-wide transformation and process redesign initiatives

• Assess current workflows and define future-state processes and roadmaps
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methods to improve efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set transformation priorities and KPIs
• Oversee cross-functional project teams and manage project delivery
• Drive organizational change management and stakeholder engagement
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure sustainability of improvements
• Identify automation and technology enablement opportunities
• Develop governance standards and best practices for process redesign
