What You’ll Do

As a Level 1 Technician (Helper), you’ll support experienced techs and learn the ropes, including:

• Pulling and routing cabling throughout a world-class data center
• Assembling, stacking, and drilling equipment racks
• Scanning, labeling, and porting gear
• Assisting with installation tasks and learning industry-standard best practices, Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates. • Ready to grow into a leader, Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Rate starts at $20/hr. Future increases are possible upon moving into leadership or converting to FTE.
