Hiring Level 1 data center technician to help build out new construction. The hiring manager wants someone who is trainable with experience working a physically demanding job in the past. Work ethic and attitude are the main thing they are looking for as they will be working at a data center. Dependability and attendance are crucial as well. Must be able to work 10hr days outside in the heat and cold., 1. Experience working in physically demanding environments (construction, trades, military, or similar)

3. Hands on electrical or military experience is highly valued

4. Must be able to work on ladders and lifts, Ideal personality profile is a hard worker who wants to grow with an organization, who is honest, and reliable. There is a lot of growth opportunity and looking for people who want to be leaders. This will most likely be a long term contract with the ability to go direct as an FTE if this individual performs well.
