Job description
Are you an IT professional with strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for supporting education? Parklands High School are looking for a proactive IT Technician to help manage, monitor, and maintain our digital infrastructure and support our school community.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide daily IT helpdesk support for staff and students.
- Maintain networks, Windows servers, hardware, interactive displays, and AV setups.
- Manage user accounts and digital inventory.
- Assist with trust-wide system upgrades and innovative tech solutions.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Windows 11, Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, and network basics.
- Great problem-solving skills, clear communication, and a team-player mindset.
- Experience with Google Workspace, SIMS.net, or Apple MDM.
