Website Administrator

• Managing and updating product listings across eBay, Amazon, B&Q, The Range and similar marketplaces, as well as our own websites
• Using Excel/Google Sheets to organise, check and upload product data at scale
• Writing clear, accurate product descriptions and copy
• Monitoring listings for pricing, stock and content accuracy
• Working with the wider Product Data and Marketing team to keep listings consistent across channels
• Spotting patterns and issues in data and flagging or fixing them

This is a great next step for someone with a bit of work experience under their belt, looking to build a career in ecommerce. Full training is given on our systems and processes, with a clear progression path based on performance. You don’t need marketplace experience specifically; you need to be sharp with numbers, comfortable in spreadsheets, and have strong attention to detail.

The role is based full-time in our Preston office, 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm., * Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills: you’ll be working with product data daily

• A logical, numerate mindset: comfortable with formulas, structured data and abstract problem-solving
• Good written English: you’ll be writing and refining product copy
• Meticulous attention to detail and well organised
• Enthusiasm to learn: a great next step for someone with some work experience looking to build a career in ecommerce, with training provided
• Some prior work experience preferred; previous ecommerce or marketplace experience is a bonus but not essential
• Some experience using AI tools is a nice-to-have, but not essential
