Website Product Uploader

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Website Product Uploader to join our e-commerce team. You’ll be responsible for adding, updating, and maintaining product listings on our website, ensuring every item is accurate, well-presented, and optimised for sales and search., * Upload new products to the website, including titles, descriptions, images and specification.

• Categorise and tag products correctly for easy navigation and search
• Edit and update existing listings
• Create web-ready product images using our AI tool.
• Proofread product copy for accuracy, grammar, and brand tone of voice
• Ensure all uploads meet SEO best practices (meta titles, descriptions)
• Work with suppliers’ data sheets and spreadsheets to bulk-import products
• Identify and fix broken links, missing images, or incorrect information
• Liaise with the marketing team to keep listings up to date

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)

• Basic image editing skills is a plus, * Microsoft Excel: 1 year (required)
• E-commerce platform: 1 year (preferred)
