Job description
Business Support plays an important role in the effective day-to-day running of a domiciliary care business. The role is designed to provide administrative, organisational and operational support to the Care Manager, allowing them to focus on care quality, staff management, service users and regulatory responsibilities.
The candidate should have the passion, vision, dedication, and determination to continue building a high quality service that places our clients at the heart of everything we do.
he successful candidate will be responsible for the provision and management of care packages across a defined geographical area. The Role will be based in our Cullybackey Office in the Ballymena Office
However they will be required to attend Head Office in Portadown for the initial settling period and may be requested to work in Head Office as and when required., * Assisting with incoming calls and dealing with queries accordingly
- Assisting Care Managers with the implementation of new packages of care
- Uploading data onto MIS system
- General administration
- Covering the Care Managers desk as when required
Requirements
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Business support to join our growing team and facilitate the expansion of the company and its services. If you are excited about the prospect of making a real difference to peoples lives and being part of an experienced healthcare company, then this is your chance., * Must be qualified to G.C.S.E standard (including Maths and English)
- Must be able to competently complete basic mathematics
- Must be computer literate, with working knowledge of all Microsoft applications
- Must have a minimum of 2 years paid experience in an administrative role
- Must have a minimum of 1 years paid experience in a health care role, * Can you confidently call handle?
- Experience in a similar setting is required for this role. please detial your experience.
- Do you live in Ballymena or are you able to travel to our Office?
Please note this role doesn’t suit sponsorship.
Experience:
- Health Care: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
