Job description

We are seeking an Asset Data Co-ordinator to support the accurate management, maintenance, and processing of asset and contract data across CAFM, Asset Management, and PPM systems.

This role plays a key part in ensuring asset information is maintained to a high standard and supports operational performance across the business., The successful candidate will work closely with operational and technical teams, supporting contract transitions, data management activities, and compliance requirements.

You will help ensure all asset data is accurate, up to date, and aligned with legal regulations and building engineering standards., * Support and action asset data processes, including asset loading and contract updates.

  • Assist with PPM data gathering activities and the ongoing maintenance of CAFM systems.
  • Load data changes into asset management systems and maintain API integration mappings to the CAFM system.
  • Support the transition of data mobilisation and deployment plans, providing suggestions for efficiency improvements and error reduction.
  • Assist operational and technical teams to ensure asset and contract data is accurately processed and recorded within CAFM systems.
  • Conduct audits and reviews of completed work activities and technician comments, updating work plans where appropriate.
  • Ensure asset data is entered accurately and in line with established procedures.
  • Maintain compliance by ensuring all asset data meets legal regulations and building engineering standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role or within a relevant industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and prioritising workload effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant systems, software, and data management tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience working with customers, clients, or key stakeholders.
  • Relevant qualifications, certifications, or industry knowledge where applicable.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
