Job description
We’re seeking an experienced Test Architect to design and lead testing strategies for AI-driven automotive software systems. This role ensures the performance, reliability, and safety of intelligent vehicle technologies through hands-on validation and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who builds test benches, thrives in R&D or startup environments, and figures out testing challenges without relying on a manual., * Design and lead testing strategies for AI-driven automotive software systems
- Build and set up test benches to support R&D validation efforts
- Develop test automation and diagnostics using JavaScript, Python, and CAPL
- Perform testing and measurement using tools such as dSPACE, CANoe, CANape, DIVA, and Open Test
- Analyze test coverage and defect tracking metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Support data pipelines and analytics tools used in automotive software validation
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to align on test requirements and priorities
- Communicate technical findings clearly to engineering teams and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering
- 8+ years of automotive software testing experience
- Hands-on experience with dSPACE, CANoe, CANape, DIVA, or Open Test
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and CAPL for test automation and diagnostics
- Experience building test benches and working in R&D or startup environments
- Strong knowledge of test coverage analysis and defect tracking metrics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
- ISTQB or IREB certification preferred
