Computer-Aided Design AutoCAD

Lead the technical delivery of highways and drainage designs across a broad range of development projects, from feasibility through to construction.
Produce and review drawings, calculations and technical reports including Drainage Strategies, Flood Risk Assessments and associated design documentation.
Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and manage project programmes, supporting client relationships and identifying opportunities to add value.
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians, overseeing the quality of project delivery.
Contribute to design reviews, challenge technical solutions where appropriate, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently, commercially and safely.
Continue developing technical and leadership skills through CPD, training and professional development, with support towards Chartership.

Approximately seven years of experience in UK development infrastructure design, with expertise in highways and drainage engineering.
Strong ability to produce technical reports, coordinate designs and communicate effectively with clients, local authorities, statutory undertakers and multidisciplinary teams.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and industry-standard drainage design software such as MicroDrainage or InfoDrainage is advantageous.
