Job description

We are looking for a self-motivated IT Support professional to support our client’s team in Braintree and the growing digital transformation needs of their clients. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a key role in the development of a newly created department, with no two days the same.

What you’ll do:

· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, and network-related issues

· Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, software, and peripherals

· Assist with the continued development of the inhouse software

· Conduct regular system maintenance tasks, such as backups and updates

· Document and track support tickets

· Attend customer sites to remove hardware / digital data

· Provide, monitor access to customer digital data in a secure manner

· Other tasks as directed by Management

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, · Experience with Windows Operating System, Server Management, Office365, and Smart Devices

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues

· Proficiency in computer hardware setup, configuration, and troubleshooting

· Knowledge of network protocols, VPNs, LANs, DNS, and Firewalls

· Excellent communication skills to effectively assist users with technical problems in a way that respects our values and ethos

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

· Methodical and well organised

· Flexibility to attend customer sites, * Do you have experience with Windows Operating System, Server Management, Office365, and Smart Devices?

  • Do you have knowledge of network protocols, VPNs, LANs, DNS, and Firewalls?
