Job description
- Durchführung von IMAC- und Break & Fix-Tätigkeiten
- Installation, Austausch und Konfiguration von Dell-Hardware
- Einrichtung und Betreuung von Windows-11-Arbeitsplätzen
- Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung im Workplace-Umfeld
- Durchführung von Hardware-Rollouts und Arbeitsplatzumzügen
- Installation und Anschluss von PCs, Notebooks, Monitoren und Peripherie
- Technischer Anwendersupport vor Ort
- Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten und Ticketbearbeitung
- Zusammenarbeit im 4-köpfigen IT-Service-Team und mit dem Teamkoordinator
- Unterstützung bei komplexeren Aufgaben auf Regular- bis Senior-Level
Requirements
- Idealerweise eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker
- Deutsch mind. C1
- Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung ist notwendig
- gutes Auftreten und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Benefits & conditions
Gehalt: 3.400,00€ - 3.600,00€ pro Monat
