Job description

As Lead Video Producer / Director, you will oversee the planning, production and delivery of video content across a wide range of construction and real estate projects.

You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives, develop creative concepts and lead productions from pre-production through to final delivery. Alongside managing your own projects, you’ll play a key role in shaping Miru’s video output and refining production processes.

This role combines creative direction, hands-on production, client management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead video projects from concept development through to final delivery.
  • Direct and produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, project showcases and brand storytelling.
  • Work directly with clients to understand briefs, objectives and target audiences.
  • Translate client requirements into creative video strategies and campaigns.
  • Lead filming on location and oversee all aspects of production.
  • Manage post-production workflows and ensure projects meet the highest creative standards.
  • Oversee a steady flow of video content while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure all content aligns with client branding and project objectives.
  • Evaluate and maintain quality standards across all video outputs.
  • Develop and improve internal video production processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate with photographers, designers, marketers and content creators across the agency.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in video production.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Project management?, We’re looking for a talented and driven Lead Video Producer / Director to join our creative team. This is a senior role for someone who thrives on leading projects, collaborating directly with clients, and producing outstanding visual content that delivers measurable results.

We’re seeking someone with strong creative instincts, excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the confidence to bring new ideas that continually improve the quality of our work., * Strong experience within the creative industry, agency environment or video production sector.

  • Proven experience leading video productions and working directly with clients.
  • Strong camera operation and video production experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Excellent storytelling and creative direction skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Great attention to detail and file management practices.
  • Ability to lead productions confidently and professionally.

Desirable

  • Experience within the Construction, Property or Real Estate sectors.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
  • Experience managing and developing creative teams.
  • Understanding of social media content optimisation and digital marketing campaigns.
