Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Development Lead / Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) to oversee the design, development, and quality assurance of educational programmes. This role involves leading curriculum initiatives, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and supporting teaching staff to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for educational excellence., * Lead the development and review of curriculum content to ensure relevance, accuracy, and alignment with organisational goals.

  • Conduct internal quality assurance (IQA) activities to monitor and evaluate the delivery of training programmes.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and teaching staff to enhance instructional materials and methodologies.
  • Utilise Adobe Captivate to create interactive e-learning modules and digital resources.
  • Deliver presentations to stakeholders, including training sessions, workshops, and updates on curriculum progress.
  • Provide constructive feedback to educators on their delivery methods and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality assurance processes and curriculum updates in line with organisational policies.
  • Stay informed about industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in curriculum design and quality assurance.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Teaching?, * Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and confidently.

  • Proven experience in teaching or training within an educational or corporate environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Captivate for creating engaging digital learning content.
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and quality standards adherence.
