It’s a fully remote role focused on designing, configuring, and delivering scalable enterprise solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and Employee Centre modules.Candidates must hold active, verifiable UK SC Clearance to be considered for this position Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Delivery: Execute ServiceNow implementations from requirements gathering and user story definition through to deployment and continuous optimizationModule Configuration: Configure core capabilities including workflows, forms, catalog items, knowledge management, self-service portals, and automationIntegrations: Develop and support seamless enterprise integrations using ServiceNow APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID ServerITOM Enhancement: Enhance CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management capabilities to boost platform reliability and visibilityStakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable technical solutions Required Skills & ExperienceSecurity Clearance: Must hold current and active UK SC ClearanceServiceNow Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementationCore Modules: Deep technical understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and Employee CentreIntegration Stack: Practical experience with APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID ServersITOM Processes: Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event ManagementBest Practices: Strict adherence to platform governance, architectural guidelines, and security standards.
