Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Lead

• Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation and optimization initiatives.
• Drive ERP migration projects and support business process transformation.
• Gather requirements, conduct workshops, perform gap analysis, and design Business Central solutions.
• Manage data migration, testing, UAT, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
• Serve as the Business Central Subject Matter Expert (SME) and trusted advisor to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT teams to improve system utilization and operational efficiency.
• Work alongside implementation partners and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV.
• Proven experience delivering full-cycle ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Operations processes.
• Experience with ERP migration and business transformation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Exposure to SAP, Power BI, or Power Automate would be highly advantageous.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus.
