Job description

As the central coordinator, you will gather requirements from content owners and drive the production schedule, providing regular status updates and proactive deadline communications. You will be expected to be hands-on within the Content Management System (WordPress) to facilitate publishing and ensure total content accuracy., * Project Planning & Coordination: Develop and maintain a detailed project timeline for content updates across all three sites, including clear milestones and task owners. Coordinate multiple content workstreams in parallel, ensuring deliverables for each site (and the archive component) are tracked and managed without slippage.

  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the web content team and various stakeholders (e.g. business units, IT, legal), scheduling check-ins and sending proactive reminders for upcoming deliverables. Communicate regular progress updates and promptly surface any issues or requirements for decisions.
  • Status Reporting & Risk Management: Prepare concise weekly status reports highlighting progress, key metrics, upcoming deadlines, and any blockers or risks. Quickly identify potential risks to timelines or content quality, implement mitigation plans, and escalate critical issues early to stakeholders.
  • Content Publishing & Quality Control: Use the content management system (WordPress) to publish and update content as needed. Ensure all content changes meet quality standards - proofread, test links, and verify formatting across sites. Maintain an archive of historic content , applying archival procedures consistently (e.g. tagging or migrating older content to archive site) to preserve records.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Certified Project Manager certification?, Do you have experience in WordPress?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, The ideal candidate possesses exceptional attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks before they impact the timeline. If you are a disciplined communicator who can translate complex project health into simple, data-driven progress reports, we want you to ensure our digital presence remains world-class., * Project Management Experience: 7+ years of project management experience, including planning and delivering complex projects on time and on scope. Prior experience managing website content updates or digital communications projects is strongly preferred.

  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS); WordPress proficiency a plus. Familiarity with basic web technologies (HTML/CSS) and understanding of web publishing processes.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to engage and manage diverse stakeholders, setting clear expectations and maintaining positive relationships. Comfortable interfacing with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail - able to manage content accuracy, track many tasks, and spot inconsistencies or errors before publication.
  • Proactive & Results-Oriented: Self-driven and proactive, with a track record of anticipating challenges and addressing them in advance. Deadline-focused, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Flexibility: Adaptable and flexible with work schedule to meet project needs and stakeholder availability (e.g. occasional off-hours for urgent updates).
  • Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, project management or related field preferred. Project management certification a plus.
