Job description

• Design and validate innovative production workflows to elevate output rates and product consistency.
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of capital expenditure projects, from initial budgeting to final implementation.
• Analyze complex operational data to identify bottlenecks and drive data-backed continuous improvement.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships with maintenance and production teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Standardize operational procedures and documentation to ensure long-term process stability.
• Manage project timelines and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery of engineering objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems and resolve complex technical issues.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Inventor for design and documentation.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience interpreting technical drawings and operational metrics.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to bridge communication between engineering and shop-floor teams.
• Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and data management., * Hands-on experience with PLC programming, specifically Siemens or Allen-Bradley systems.
• Prior experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated success in leading process improvement projects.
